Kaitlyn Wells is being recognized for her leadership of Black@NYT. Over the last few years she has poured herself into her role as co-chair of the employee resource group, ensuring that her colleagues benefit from the group’s thoughtful programming, open dialogue and supportive community. That work took on new urgency in the months since the death of George Floyd, which further underscored how much the whole Times community has benefited from Kaitlyn’s passion, thoughtfulness and dedication to her colleagues.
